The Future of MoCap is Looking Bright

Additionally, we had the opportunity of testing out OpenCap markerless motion capture software, which holds great promise for advancing our future research in human motion analysis.

We are so grateful for the significant milestones we made this week and the knowledge Mohamed shared with us!
It was a truly priceless experience.
Looking forward to working together again on new research projects.

What an amazing week at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, University of Belgrade! We were absolutely thrilled to welcome Mohamed Adjel, a brilliant PhD student from Université de Montpellier, who conducted an innovative experiment as part of his doctoral thesis.

The experiment focused on validating novel markerless MoCap sensors during Y-Balance and Sit-to-Stand tests which are most commonly used in rehabilitation and lower limb functionality assessment.
This research not only provided valuable insights but also paved the way for exciting future research possibilities in the field of motion capture and rehabilitation.
